AI & AutomationFlagship blueprint — our own production-grade build, offered to deploy for you; not a client case

AI Chatbot Suite

The customer-facing half of our AI practice: a website + WhatsApp + Messenger bot with one shared brain — knowledge with citations, confidence gates, human handover, and an unanswered-question queue that keeps getting smarter. Flagship blueprint: running our own front desk, deployable for yours.

The product itself, on every device

Studio render — support chat widget answering a school admission question in Bangla with a cited checklist
Studio render — phone showing a WhatsApp-style restaurant booking conversation with a confirmation card
Studio render — chatbot admin console with knowledge base sync status and an unanswered-questions table

The build

Most support load is not hard: it is the same two hundred questions asked twenty thousand times — where's my order, what do you charge, when does admission close. The Chatbot Suite answers that reality with a proper product: a widget and channel bots wired to one retrieval layer over the business's own documents, tuned to refuse rather than bluff, and built to hand over mid-conversation the moment a human should take the thread. Its signature feature is the gap queue: everything the bot couldn't answer, counted and ranked — the FAQ your customers are writing for you. This is the customer-facing twin of our Automation Copilot, and it has been running our own inbox since launch.

What we handled

  • Web widget in one embed script — themeable, mobile-first, Bangla/English/Banglish in the same thread
  • WhatsApp Business and Messenger on the same brain — answers never drift between channels
  • Knowledge ingestion from FAQ pages, PDFs, sheets and policies — re-sync on change, not on hope
  • Citations on every answer; below-threshold confidence falls back to “I don’t know — want a human?”
  • Human handover with full context: the agent reads the thread, not a transcript of a transcript
  • Gap analytics: unanswered questions ranked by frequency — the support roadmap writes itself

The second flagship blueprint and the outward-facing twin of the Copilot: not an automation that acts, but a conversation that answers. A chatbot product people actually tolerate — because it cites its sources, refuses when it is unsure, hands over cleanly when it should, and keeps a running list of everything it failed to answer. Ours has been on this studio's front door since launch; your version is a configuration, not a rewrite.

Two hundred questions, twenty thousand times

Open any small business inbox and the shape is unmistakable: maybe two hundred distinct questions, arriving twenty thousand times a year. “Is the laptop still under warranty?” “What do you charge for a two-bedroom shoot?” “When does admission close?” Each one takes ninety seconds and a mood, and together they eat the hours that should go to the work itself. Off-the-shelf bot templates failed this problem a decade ago because they were decision trees pretending to be conversations — so most businesses gave up on bots, not on the idea.

Retrieval changed the middle of that sentence. A bot that reads your actual FAQ page, your fee sheet, your policy PDFs — and quotes them — is not the same product as the “Hi 👋 press 1 for sales” trees people remember. The Suite was built to that standard from day one: fast to the point of boring, cited to the point of auditable, and humble to the point of trustworthy. It answers the two hundred and gets out of the way of everything else.

Three channels, one brain

Customers do not consolidate their questions onto one platform, so neither do we. A web widget goes on the site via a single embed script — themeable, mobile-first, and happy to switch mid-thread from Bangla to English to Banglish. WhatsApp Business and Messenger connect the same brain to the numbers customers already text. Because retrieval, thresholds and tone rules live in the middle, an answer cannot drift between channels: fix the fee sheet once and every surface is correct on the next question.

The conversation design is deliberately unglamorous: short answers, a document chip under every claim (“Source: Fee Policy, updated 12 Bhadro”), quick-reply chips only where they speed things up, and a handover button always one tap away. A support bot earns its keep by resolving, not by entertaining.

Knowledge that stays fresh on its own

The ingestion layer watches the places answers actually live: FAQ pages, Google Docs and Sheets, published PDFs, product listings, the calendar. Documents sync on change, each answer cites the version it used, and anything stale past its review date loses the right to be quoted — the bot would rather say “I don't know” than cite last year's pricing. Owners see the whole base as a simple list with sync dots, not a vector-database dashboard nobody asked for.

Ingestion is also scoped honestly: we start with the twenty documents that generate eighty percent of questions and grow from there. A bot over a complete-enough knowledge base deflects most traffic; a bot over the entire messy archive takes longer to train and — this is the part competitors will not tell you — answers worse while it does.

The gap queue is the product

Every unanswered or low-confidence question is counted, clustered and ranked: “uniform vendor timings — asked 14 times this week”. That queue is the single most honest analytics view a support organization gets: it is your customers writing your FAQ for you, complete with frequency data. Each row has a one-click “create answer” that drafts from wherever a partial answer exists, and an owner approves it in the same place.

We instrument deflection the way you would want a mechanic to show their work — per question type, per channel, per week, with sampled transcripts a human can re-score. If the bot's number drops, the gap queue says why, and no one has to take the vendor's word for anything.

When it quits, it quits well

The moment a thread turns emotional, legal, medical or just stubborn, the bot's job ends and it says so — in the same breath offering a human. Handover carries the full thread, what was already checked, and what the customer is actually asking for, delivered to the inbox your team already works in: WhatsApp for the restaurant floor, Helpdesk for the school office. If no human is on shift, the bot books a contact window and logs a promise it will not break.

Confidence below threshold triggers the same graceful exit. A wrong answer costs trust three times what no answer does — customers forgive “I don't know, Mr. Faruk will call you at six”; they never forgive a confident lie about a refund policy. That asymmetry is a hard rule in this product, not a setting.

Under the hood — what each box took to build

Craft, per feature

  • One-script web widget

An embeddable script with theme tokens, keyboard flow and full mobile ergonomics; lazy-loaded so it never touches the site's Lighthouse score — support widgets have no business costing performance.

  • WhatsApp Business + Messenger

Official API connections with template-message discipline, opt-in records kept per number, and delivery receipts — no grey-market libraries that die when a platform updates.

  • Cited retrieval (RAG)

Document ingestion with version tracking; every answer carries the source chip it was checked against; stale documents lose quoting rights until a human re-approves them.

  • Multilingual from the corpus up

Bangla, English and Banglish handled in one thread — embeddings plus tone rules reviewed by a Bangla-speaking editor, because support register is not a translation problem.

  • Live handover with context

Human takeover routes to the team's real inbox with thread summary, answered/checked state and promised callback windows — and the bot politely steps back, never back into the conversation mid-reply.

  • Gap analytics you can re-score

Unanswered clustering with frequency counts, deflection per question type, sampled transcripts, and one-click answer drafting — the loop that makes the bot better while the owner just approves rows.

Commissioning this shape of product

The plan, as we would propose it

  1. Knowledge auditWk 1

Cluster real enquiries, pick the top twenty documents, agree tone rules and the “never bluff” bar; decide deflection targets from your traffic, not stock numbers.

  2. Brain + widgetWk 2–3

Ingestion pipeline live with citations; web widget embedded and themed; Bangla/English threads tested by your staff before any customer sees it.

  3. Channels + guardrailsWk 3–4

WhatsApp/Messenger wired to the same knowledge base; confidence thresholds, handover routing and out-of-hours promise behaviour tuned with your team.

  4. Guarded launchWk 4+

Shadow mode for one week (bot drafts, humans send), then public with weekly gap-queue reviews; handover SLAs and thresholds adjust on real traffic.

What a client actually wins

  • The repetitive two hundred, answered instantly at 2 a.m.

Order status, timings, fees, admission steps — resolved without staff, without waiting, without the customer starting “hello, anyone there?”

  • Every channel says the same true thing

One knowledge base, one sync: WhatsApp cannot quote an old price the widget already fixed. Support arguments with customers end when answers stop contradicting each other.

  • Trust preserved by design

Citations on every claim and a graceful “I don't know” protect the brand a wrong answer would burn — the bot is accountable, and its sources are auditable by you.

  • A support roadmap that writes itself

The gap queue turns missed questions into ranked, one-click fixes; each month the bot deflects more while your team spends less — improvement without a project plan.

What is not true (yet)

  • Blueprint truth: this runs our own front door — no client case slides exist yet, and we are not going to invent the applause. The Copilot's rule applies: deploy first, quote later.
  • It answers; it does not take liability. Medical, legal and financial judgement stays human by configuration, and refunds/exceptions route to people — a bot that improvises on policy is a lawsuit with a friendly avatar.
  • WhatsApp and Messenger are platforms we do not control: Business API approvals, template review and policy shifts add calendar risk to channel launches; the web widget never stops working, the channels can pause.
  • Freshness has an owner or it dies: the bot quotes your knowledge base at whatever state you left it in — the review dates and stale-lock exist to make that failure visible, not to make it someone else's job.

Testimonial slot — reserved, not invented

The listing has no review wall to quote yet — so there is no quote here. Real, credited words move into this card as players leave them.

Sponsored placement — reserved, disclosure first

Placements & partners

This is where a genuinely used tool or partner link would live — hosting, device labs, our travel products. It ships empty and labelled on purpose: when a sponsored link arrives, it arrives wearing this disclosure, never dressed up as editorial.

Answers where they belong

Questions this project answers

Want AI Chatbot Suite-class engineering for your idea?

One brief in, the composer arrives with your platforms pre-ticked — Android, iOS, web, admin.

Is this a real product or a mockup?

A running one — this studio's own enquiries are triaged by it, and every claim on this page is about how it behaves here. What does not exist yet are client case studies; the Suite is offered as a 2–4 week deployment of the same engine, configured to your knowledge base.

What deflection rate will I get?

We do not print a stock number for your business. Week one of the audit clusters your actual enquiries and sets the target from that data; teams that keep the knowledge base current typically compound past their initial target, and the gap queue shows the trajectory week by week.

Will it sound like a robot?

It sounds like a competent front-desk person — short, cited, no fake cheer. Tone rules are tuned with a Bangla-speaking editor, and the handover line is written so customers never feel stuck, even when the bot loses.

What happens when it doesn't know?

It says so, offers a human, and books a contact window if nobody is on shift. Low-confidence answers are suppressed rather than shipped — the “I don't know” path is measured in analytics like everything else, because a bot's honesty rate matters as much as its hit rate.

Can it also take orders or bookings, not just answer?

That is the Automation Copilot's job — the Suite's twin for acting instead of answering. Common deployment starts with the Suite answering, then wires the Copilot's approval-gated automations (bookings, order status writes) into the same conversations when the answers prove stable.

How fast can one go live?

Two to four weeks for the full loop when your documents are in decent shape — week one is the knowledge audit precisely so the launch week isn't a surprise. A widget-only pilot in a week is the usual first commitment.
