1 · The site as-is

Content on chimbuk.com (text, case summaries, metrics, pricing mechanics) is informational. We verify what we publish and date-stamp measurable claims — but the site carries no warranty, and figures like performance scores describe specific audited dates, not perpetual states.

2 · Use rules

You may read, link and quote with attribution. You may not scrape at scale, impersonate, probe for vulnerabilities without coordination, or misuse contact channels. Routine, polite emails are always welcome.

3 · Engagements (the short version)

For project work: written scope before build; fixed-scope milestones with priced change requests; deliverables and repositories belong to the client on final payment of the relevant milestone; our standard mutual confidentiality applies; either party may exit per the SOW's termination clause. If you want the long version, it's in the MSA we send with every proposal — this page intentionally doesn't replace it.

4 · Third-party links

Links to Google Play, archives or client sites leave our terms; their platform rules apply from there.

5 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chimbuk's liability for website use is limited; for engagements it is limited as stated in the governing SOW (typically fees paid in the preceding period).
