[06]Pricing

You get a number, not a range

We don't publish a rate card, because publishing one is how agencies get away with guessing. What we publish instead: exactly what each engagement shape includes, and the rule that turns your brief into one fixed, signed price.

Discovery Sprint

1–2 weeks

Founders with an idea that needs a spine before anyone writes code.

  • Product brief: users, jobs-to-be-done, v1 cut-line
  • Technical plan: stack, architecture, risk list
  • Fixed-price quote for the build — one number, itemised
  • Clickable concept screens for the hard flows

MVP Build

6–14 weeks

A scoped first release: your app or platform, engineered to ship — not to demo.

  • Everything in the signed discovery brief
  • Flutter app(s) or Next.js platform + API + database
  • Store deployment, analytics, crash reporting wired in
  • Weekly demo cadence with a written decision log
  • Full source, keys and infra transferred at handover

Product Partner

Monthly, rolling

Live products that need a durable engineering team without hiring one.

  • Reserved engineering capacity (feature squads)
  • Roadmap grooming with your team, each sprint
  • Performance, security and dependency hygiene
  • On-call response window agreed in the contract

The pricing rule

Discovery is paid because guesses are expensive

Discovery Sprint exists so that the big number is boring: it comes from a brief with the risks already priced in, not from a sales call. That is why we can promise one fixed price for the build — and why change orders, when they happen, are written, costed and signed like everything else. Read the honest FAQ on this →

  • Milestone payments

Every invoice maps to a demo you can inspect — never to a calendar date.

  • You own the work

Source, repos, store accounts and infrastructure keys are yours from commit one.

  • No surprise line items

API usage, store fees and hosting are listed in the brief before signing.

  • Pause clause

Rolling engagements end with 30 days' notice. Handover docs are the exit ramp, not the hostage.

Two sentences in, one number out.

Send what you're building and who it's for. Within a week you'll know the shape, the weeks and the price band of discovery — before anyone commits.
